Bio
Doug is the Vice President of Business Development for ThayerMahan Ocean Technologies.
Doug has spent the last 22 years working with the DoD and IC developing innovative solutions, focused on program execution and client success.
Prior to joining the ThayerMahan executive team, he worked with HawkEye360, IBM, Leidos and SAIC. As the VP for USG Business Development/Accounts at HawkEye360, Doug managed the account team, developing account strategies for a new technology (commercial RF detection from low earth orbit) and growing the overall business year over year. While at IBM he covered DoD and IC accounts, developing integrated solutions for HW, SW, and services. During his 15 years at SAIC/Leidos, he captured and ran large programs delivering IT solutions.
Doug and his wife, Stephanie, have 2 sons and live in Arlington, VA.
